Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026 • Version 2.4
Welcome to Viftor Studio. These Terms of Service govern your access to our custom web development services, business automations, artificial intelligence integrations, and agency platforms.
1. Scope of Services
Viftor Studio (“Viftor”, “we”, “us”) engineers bespoke digital solutions including custom Next.js web applications, Supabase database architectures, API integrations, autonomous business workflow pipelines (Make.com, n8n), and conversational AI agent deployments. Each client engagement is defined by an agreed statement of work (SOW) or custom strategy consultation.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, the client owns all bespoke custom frontend designs, client-specific database models, and proprietary workflow automation scripts developed expressly for the client.
Viftor Studio retains ownership of pre-existing boilerplates, internal design libraries, proprietary automation modules, and generalized architecture patterns reused across client systems. Open-source technologies (e.g., Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS) remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.
3. Client Responsibilities & Data Access
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, required third-party API credentials (such as Supabase, OpenAI, WhatsApp Cloud API, payment gateways), and accurate content necessary for project completion. Delays caused by pending client credentials or approvals may extend project delivery timelines.
4. Payment Terms & Invoicing
Standard engagements follow structured milestone payments (typically a commencement deposit followed by milestone deliverable approvals and final production handover). Invoices are payable within 7 business days unless otherwise specified in your formal service agreement.
5. Maintenance, Hosting & Third-Party Outages
While we engineer high-performance systems optimized for sub-100ms response times and 99.9% uptime, Viftor Studio is not liable for disruptions caused by upstream third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, WhatsApp, or LLM API providers). Ongoing maintenance, backups, and proactive monitoring packages are provided under dedicated service retainer agreements.
6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat proprietary business information, source code, client records, and API credentials as strictly confidential. Viftor Studio will never share your private business data or training data with external parties.
